HyunChul Jung, M.S.

HyunChul Jung earned undergraduate degrees in computer science at Dongguk University in Korea, followed by an MS in Bio and Brain Engineering at KAIST in 2009. During the course of his research at KAIST, HyunChul dedicated his studies to researching cancer, specifically myeloproliferative disorders, AML, and lung and breast tumors. Using a computational biology approach, he studied gene expression, biological pathways, protein-protein interaction, and transcription factor-target gene interaction data. HyunChul is currently a PhD student in the UC San Diego bioinformatics program.
